Miles College CDC Empowers Fairfield Through Affordable Housing and Community Support

Fairfield, AL – Affordable housing is just the beginning for the Miles College Community Development Corporation, which is also providing wraparound services to help families thrive. In addition to securing affordable homes, residents are offered access to financial literacy workshops, job training programs, and counseling services.

The Davis family, who moved into their new home earlier this year, credits the program for giving them a second chance. "It’s more than a house – it’s a stepping stone to a brighter future," said Mr. Davis.

Miles College CDC plans to expand these services and bring affordable housing to even more Fairfield neighborhoods, ensuring that no family is left behind.
